Ultimate Leathers makes sure the security of the client's data; we do not allow our team members to disclose private information of our customers to the outsider or other entities that are not part of the concerned department.

We follow the strict policies that the customer agrees to before making the payments through our website. But Ultimate Leather holds the right to change policies at any time without prior notice as per company requirements, so keep yourself updated and read all rules and regulations before making orders and payments.

The customer holds the 30 days money-back guarantee, subject to change, following the returning product's condition. 

 Returns and exchanges will be entertained under the following conditions:

  • If the customer receives a defective product. 
  • If Ultimate Leather delivers the wrong order.
  • Items on sale are non-refundable.
  • Only unused and unworn item is allowed for refund and exchange. 
  • Take care of tags and bags if a refund and exchange are required; the detached position is unacceptable. 
  • Custom build products will not be acceptable for return and exchange. 
  • The cost of shipping would not be refunded in case of mind change or wrong size selection, or shipping cost would have to be paid by the buyer, which is between £25 to £50 according to the location of the buyer in the world even if they shipping is free for the item


Fraud Prevention & Order Verification Policy

At Ultimate Leather, customer safety is our top priority. To safeguard against online payment fraud and unauthorized card usage, we have implemented a strict verification process.

  • Orders will not be approved if the billing address and shipping address do not match.

  • If you wish to send a purchase as a gift to someone else, you must first confirm and validate the transaction through our online customer support team before the order is dispatched.

  • In such cases, Ultimate Leather reserves the right to verify the transaction directly with the cardholder/account holder.

  • As part of this verification, we may request proof of identity, which can include:

    • Government-issued photo ID (e.g., driving license, passport, or national ID card)

    • A copy of the credit/debit card used for payment (with only the last 4 digits visible)

    • A recent utility bill or bank statement matching the billing address

    • Additional checks if deemed necessary for security

This policy ensures that all transactions remain secure and genuine while protecting both our valued customers and Ultimate Leather from fraudulent activity.

The rules and regulations are followed at Ultimate Leather, compiled as per United Kingdom laws and jurisdiction. Our online store and buyers are both liable to follow them.
